Arsht Center 2024-2025: $200,000 pledged for five years. A grant was processed in Q ‘1 of HBCT FY in the amount of $100,000 for AileyCamp Miami dance ($50,000) and “I am Me” play ($50,000) performance with $100,000 outstanding.

• Report: You met with Karen (Board), Johann (CEO), and Mary Ann (VP Development) last year. They requested an increased contribution over five years.  Attached is the Arsht report with data on the number of students served in AileyCamp Miami and the number of schools/ students served with performances of I am Me. Karen continues to serve on the Board and be a strong supporter of cultural arts for under-resourced communities. It continues to be the performing arts hub in Miami with the tremendous youth programming.

• HBCT FY 2025-2026: This upcoming fiscal-year will be the second (2) of five (5) at the $200,000 funding level. The funding breaks down as follows: $100,000 for youth programming: AileyCamp ($50,000) and performing arts, the I am Me play ($50,000), and $100,000 toward a community endowment for youth programming.
